Sony yesterday announced at the pre-TGS press conference that the company would be bringing out a new bit of hardware named PS Vita TV.
The newest and tiny bit of hardware will allow streaming TV services, as well as being able to play select Vita games. The kit measures at just 6cm x 10cm and features slots for both Vita games and Vita memory cards.
PlayStation 4 remote play will be available in the future with the DualShock 4 controller, and will also allow Vita games to be played through your PlayStation 4, along with PSone Classics and PSP games.
PS Vita TV launches in Japan on November 14 for just 9,480 Yen, around $95. A release date for the West is yet to be confirmed.
